Transitional Living is a new level of care offered through Sterling Presbyterian Manor’s existing health care license. Transitional Living offers a care level step between Independent Living and intensive skilled nursing care and services. An assessment is needed to qualify.
We offer private, semi-private and deluxe accommodations.
We can direct you to convenient storage units nearby. We can provide expert assistance in rightsizing. A move of this kind usually requires anticipating future needs and making some tough decisions about furnishings and possessions. We can help you in planning. We will work with you personally to ensure the choices you make are right for you and consistent with the way you want live.

No. We need to see enough that we feel confident you can afford private pay senior living for the foreseeable future, but this does not require full disclosure of your finances.
Medicaid is not accepted for Transitional Living.
In Transitional Living, a team member is onsite 24/7.
Dining is an important component of our culture at Sterling Presbyterian Manor. We offer a menu, providing residents with flexibility in their food choices at every meal. Three meals a day are included in your monthly fees.
If you have been driving before you move into Sterling Presbyterian Manor, you may continue to drive. We also provide scheduled transportation.
We know pets are important, but we really want the opportunity to give our attention to you and care for you, so your pet friends must live elsewhere—but may come visit any time.
We are here to help with bathing and medication management. All meals are covered under the monthly fee, as well as a call system for immediate needs.
Transitional Living residences are equipped with a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV. The resident provides all other furnishings, such as a writing desk, a love seat, and bedroom furniture.
