Transitional Living

Transitional Living is a new level of care offered through Sterling Presbyterian Manor’s existing health care license. Transitional Living offers a care level step between independent living and intensive skilled nursing care and services.

Like assisted living, seniors will need an assessment to become eligible for Transitional Living.

Transitional Living offers residents laundry service, housekeeping and transportation to the physician or shopping. Activities and events tailored to their lifestyle are offered as part of the program. Covered services also include three meals a day, healthy snacks available around the clock, utilities, emergency call system, cable TV, and assistance with activities of daily living with 24-hour staff availability.

Private, semi-private and deluxe private suites are available. Each suite is equipped with a mini-fridge and a flat screen TV and then furnished with the resident's own personal furnishings such as a writing desk, loveseat, and bedroom furniture.
