    24th annual Sterling Presbyterian Manor golf tournament results

    Everyone had a great time at the 24th annual Sterling Presbyterian Manor Charity Good Samaritan Golf Tournament on Friday, September 21. The event was held at the Sterling Country Club Golf Course. The weather cooperated to make it a beautiful day.

    When beautician Karla Boeken took over at the Sterling Presbyterian Manor beauty shop in May, she filled some very familiar shoes."My mother Connie Neumann operated this beauty shop for 17 years until forced to retire due to foot problems from standing for so long. It's like coming home. I am honored to be able to operate this beauty shop.

    Helping Others is in the Bag

    Doris McPherson has been through a lot of changes and difficult times in the past year, but instead of withdrawing from others, she’s chosen to give back to the community in an amazing way. Her husband Bob recently made the move to Sterling Presbyterian Manor, and she was a recent patient in our PATH® (post-acute-to-home) program after a knee replacement. After 64 years of marriage, this time apart is hard on the couple, but she takes comfort in knowing he’s receiving great care....
